I didn't want to take my big, and expensive, BOB. I hoped to find an umbrella stroller with similar quality. I wanted a stoller that would be light weight and easy to carry, be narrow enough to fit in small spaces, and have a compact fold. I also wanted it to be comfortable and have a full recline for napping on the go with a decent sun shade. This stroller met all of my criteria and more. It looks good too! I also like the higher seat and handles, the decent storage basket (accessible only from the sides), reflectors, and self standing design. My son seemed comfortable and took several naps in this stroller throughout our vacation. The higher seat came in handy at a restaurant when a highchair was not available. I love all the features, like the almost flat recline, the adjustable footrest, how small it is when folded and the infant car seat adapter- Aprica doesn't mention that the Chicco Keyfit carseat fits, it does, I tried it! Wish I knew this stroller was out there before I bought the crappy Snap n'Go stroller. I would recommend this to anyone that is looking for a quality stroller without the hefty price tag! The features I was not willing to compromise on - lightweight to take up stairs and put in cars, fit safely with Graco infant car seat, lay flat as well as upright, big sunshade, roomy basket, use from infant for as long as possible, meaning toddler, stand upright when folded, be able to hang diaper bag on handles when baby is not in the stroller, be relatively affordable and look sleek and good. I found all of these features in this Aprica model. I researched online and decided to take a chance on the folding mechanism, which, as other reviewers have said, is not too bad once you get the hang of it. The stroller is so large that we can not even fit it into a mini van. We have to purchase a large SUV or Full size van to go anywhere. We bought the Latch Lock carriers from baby trend and we just love them. When we saw the stroller that went along with them. We decided to order the Double Snap N Go. The stroller comes all put together, you just need to snap on the wheels. Then comes the fun part. The stroller is made for many different brands of carriers. You find the carrier you are using in the instruction manual and then you remove bars or rearrange them to fit your carrier. It is very simple and all the parts are well labeled. The carriers just snap on to the top, just like when you snap them into the base that is in the car. There is a strap that goes over the lower half of the carrier to prevent it from rocking or coming off the stroller... Smith - See all my reviews This review is from: Baby Trend Double Snap N Go Stroller Frame, Black (Baby Product) Pros: 1) incredibly lightweight 2) easy to open 3) easy to fold and store 4) can put babies in without waking them 5) good-sized basket underneath 6) surprisingly easy to steer 7) extremely durable Cons: 1) You can't use it once they outgrow their seats, so if you have one (or two!) fast growing twin, the time you will be able to use this is limited Overall a fantastic product-- this was the only stroller I used until my twins were around 12 months old. After that, they moved into the Moutain Buggy Double Urban, and it has been fantastic. I highly recommend this product-- so much easier than transfering twins (esp. floppy newborn ones) into a heavy, unwieldy stroller. Since old version wasn't availalbe, I went ahead and purchased this new version. The review turned out to be false. You have to adjust the bars for Graco but, once adjusted, my two new Snugrides fitted well. Adjustment instruction for Graco and others car seat is described in the manual. The new version also looks well constructed. I gave 4 stars since I haven't used it with our twins yet. The pictures make it appear much darker than it actually is, plus! they don't really show you the beautiful pattern that is on the seats and canopy! The grey is actually much lighter. It has a beautiful trimming that is around the canopy and around the car seat, you can see it in the pictures, it is that color, the dark grey, and it is almost like a suede material. It is very soft. All of the material on the stroller and car seat are of much higher quality than I had expected. It is not like that junky cheap plastic lining material you find on most strollers. It is soft all over and plush. My little one loves it. Set up is easy. All you have to do is just put the wheels on, attach the trays, and screw in the canopy on the stroller. Everything pretty much just snaps into place. The instructions are poorly written. It is mostly just one word directions accompanied by line drawings, which can be a bit confusing at first glance but... This system is awesome! After weeks worth of researching I decided to go with this system and I couldn't be happier with it. It is such good quality and feels very sturdy. The feature I like most about it is the material...the gray color feels like suede and the patterned portion feels somewhat cotton/cloth-like which is different than a lot of carriers/strollers that have material that just feels like plastic which I am sure is very hot and uncomfortable for baby. Please note though that if you go with the elephanta version of this travel system, the material that is in the center is more mesh/plastic-like instead of having a cloth feel. The greenish material is plastic feeling however, but it is in spots that shouldn't be a bother to baby. The coloring and pattern make this system very gender neutral.
